Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Are you an experienced early childhood education professional ready for your next leadership opportunity? Responsibilities: May Include Supporting or overseeing daily childcare center operations Leading, coaching, developing, and supporting teaching teams Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-quality educators Maintaining appropriate staffing, classroom ratios, and scheduling Supporting implementation of The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Maintaining Michigan licensing, health, safety, and compliance standards Building strong relationships with children and families Supporting family tours, enrollment, retention, and center growth Managing required documentation and operational processes Partnering with center and regional leadership Creating a positive, professional, and accountable center culture
Qualifications: Previous professional experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting required Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred Center Director or Assistant Director experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills Knowledge of childcare licensing and early childhood best practices CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or related credentials preferred Must meet applicable Michigan licensing requirements for the leadership position being considered
