Job Description:
  • Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a skilled CNC Machinist for a local Dayton manufacturing facility.
  • Shift -
  • Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pmPay -
  • $23 - $26 an hr. based on experience
  • This is a temp to hire position
Job Duties: Perform all assigned machine shop operations Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee. (i.e., tool wear, surface finish, and foreign object debrisComplete and maintain paperwork for partsPerform all assigned machine shop operationsThorough knowledge of all types of tooling and materialsUtilize micrometers & calibers Thorough knowledge of all types of tooling and materials Meet ongoing production quotas while working within very close tolerances
Job Requirements:
  • Mechanical and technical capacity
  • Time management skills
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
  • Able to lift and carry heavy objects
