We're looking for an experienced and dependable lawn care laborer to lead our mowing crew and ensure high-quality lawn care services for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Mow residential and commercial properties to company standards
- Train and support team members on proper equipment use and safety
- Inspect completed work for quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and operate lawn care equipment safely
- Communicate with customers and management as needed
- Ensure job sites are clean and professional
