About the role

Thea Energy, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of HTS Magnet Engineering to lead the magnet engineering pillar of our planar coil stellarator program. You will set the long-term strategy, build and scale the organization, and own the budget and roadmap to ensure readiness for production. This executive role requires deep technical credibility in HTS magnets, strong leadership of fast-growing teams, and proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and strategic partnerships with suppliers
