About the role

We are a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a Field Supervisor (Foreman) who is a well‑rounded remodeler, natural leader, and motivator who thrives on bringing out the best in teams and ensuring projects finish on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Position Overview: The Field Supervisor oversees multiple remodeling crews in the field, manages day‑to‑day jobsite operations, and ensures every project is fully prepared with the right tools, materials, and manpower before work begins. This role is critical in preventing project delays, avoiding costly rework, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in all phases of residential remodeling, particularly kitchens and bathrooms, and has the leadership skills to coach and develop teams while also jumping in hands‑on when needed.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development Lead and supervise multiple field crews across kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Coach, mentor, and develop installers to improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Address and resolve field team complaints, challenges, and performance issues. Motivate crews with a “get it done” mentality to drive projects to completion on schedule. Project Oversight & Readiness Ensure all projects are fully prepared prior to start: tools, inventory, and products staged and ready. Verify jobsite cleanliness, safety protocols, and staging procedures daily. Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets; elevate issues quickly. Step in hands‑on when necessary to keep projects moving forward. Operations & Efficiency Coordinate with warehouse and project coordinators to ensure material deliveries and returns are accurate and timely. Conduct daily or weekly field readiness checks to confirm crews have what they need. Reduce rework and “go-backs” by catching potential issues early. Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and updates in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend). Quality & Safety Management Uphold strict quality standards for all installations. Conduct final punch walk‑throughs before project handoff. Be highly proficient and skilled at measuring for accurate orders to be placed. Oversee safety compliance for crews, ensuring all OSHA and company protocols are followed. Maintain a professional, respectful, and clean worksite at all times.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, with well‑rounded trade skills. Proven leadership or foreman experience managing multiple crews/projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Ability to problem‑solve quickly and make sound field decisions. Excellent communication skills with both crews and management. Proficient with project management/jobsite apps (Buildertrend, CompanyCam, etc.). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Benefits: Competitive salary plus performance‑based incentives. Time off and holidays. Professional development and leadership training opportunities. A supportive culture where craftsmanship and teamwork are recognized and celebrated.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
