About the role
Seeking a visionary leader, the full-time remote Director of AI Member Engagement will manage the strategy and execution of AI-powered member engagement platforms, enhancing communication and service delivery through innovative technologies.
Key responsibilities
Define and lead the enterprise strategy for AI-powered virtual assistants across various interaction channels
Own the product roadmap and delivery of AI assistant capabilities aligned with business and member needs
Establish a scalable operating model for conversational AI, ensuring compliance and performance optimization
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
8 years of experience leading customer service or digital product functions with a focus on advancing digital capabilities
3 years of experience in leading AI or conversational AI platforms
Proven track record of driving enterprise adoption of digital capabilities with measurable outcomes
Experience in healthcare payer operations or digital member service environments is strongly preferred
