About the role

KIPP Memphis seeks a K–8 Math Director to lead math achievement across all campuses. This role sets the vision for rigorous instruction, builds capacity of teachers and school-based leaders, and aligns data, curriculum, and interventions to accelerate learning. The director partners with campus teams, MTSS/RTI staff, and the academics team to ensure equitable access to high‑quality math instruction for all students, including those needing additional support.
