About the role

Code for America is seeking a Program Director for a fully remote role in the United States. You will guide a portfolio of four to six programs and supervise Associate Program Directors and program staff. The position offers a 40-hour work week with collaboration hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time. The role requires 8+ years in program development, policy, or government service delivery and at least 3 years of people management.
