About the role

Senior Product Marketing Manager The senior product marketing manager is responsible for working on campaign strategy, messaging and positioning and related sales tools and marketing campaigns for assigned product and/or solution area. He/she will lead marketing efforts by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and outside agencies to implement and execute against go-to-market strategy and plans, including the application of AI-driven insights, content generation and optimization techniques. Job Responsibilities:Develop marketing projects. Develops and executes initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels, leveraging AI tools for segmentation, targeting and campaign. Excellent written skills to successfully produce valuable collateral, engaging content, and implement programs from ideation to execution, including the use of generative AI to accelerate content creation, personalization and testing. Collaborate. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to establish brand awareness, coordinate market research and marketing campaign efforts, including alignment on AI-driven insights. Gains insight and assesses with various marketing functions to achieve marketing effectiveness goals, using AI-enabled analytics to uncover trends, customer behaviors and performance drivers. Communicate. Lead sessions amongst marketing and other departments with strong communication skills, translating complex topics including AI capabilities into clear business value. Track expenses. Manages tracking various projects budget and invests funds wisely, including evaluation of AI tools and ROI. Build and deploy data-driven models to track ROI, incorporating predictive analytics and AI-based attribution models. Execute campaigns and events. Develop campaigns, plans and execute to fulfil lead generation goals, including AI-powered campaign orchestration and company visibility. Perform market analysis and research competition with the end goal of increasing brand and company visibility, including tracking AI trends and competitor positioning. Generate marketing plan activities. Develop and execute specific marketing plans and activities for products including messaging, sales enablement and marketing campaigns, integrating AI-enabled approaches where relevant. Produce product messaging. Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace and distinguish product against the competition, including positioning around AI capabilities and value proposition. Develops messaging with focus on maintaining a unique value proposition, incorporating AI-driven benefits such as automation, intelligence and scalability where relevant. Develop content. Develops whitepapers, collateral and sales tools, including presentations, demos, and competitive write-ups, using AI tools to enhance productivity and consistency. Plan field events. Consults on the planning for key industry events and trade shows, including showcasing AI innovation and thought leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, including responsible and ethical use of AI.Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:Bachelor's Degree in related field 10+ years related experience Payments industry knowledge Strong writing and presentation skills Optimizes best practices in marketing measurement; Excellent communication skills for collaboration Solid knowledge of various marketing and web tools, including AI-enabled marketing and content platforms (e.g. generative AI tools, predictive analytics, marketing automation)Experience using AI tools to support content creation, campaign optimization, customer segmentation and performance analysis Ability to interpret and apply AI-driven insights to marketing strategy and execution Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, including responsible use of AI outputs Demonstrable experience in marketing elements and market research methods Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:Master's Degree preferred Experience marketing AI-enabled products or capabilities within financial services or payments Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning, predictive analytics and generative AI, and ability to translate these into customer-relevant messaging Core Capabilities:Ensure Accountability: holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
