Third Party Risk Program Manager

Managing the end-to-end third-party risk management program, the full-time remote Third Party Risk Program Manager will oversee vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities Own and drive the third-party risk program across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring consistent execution Serve as the primary contact for third-party vendors, coordinating documentation and tracking compliance Manage and execute risk assessments using OneTrust, analyzing results to identify gaps and necessary remediation actions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in third-party/vendor risk management or compliance 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or regulated industry, with hands-on experience using OneTrust or similar platforms Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare data privacy/security requirements Strong organizational skills to manage multiple vendors and assessments simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
