This is a unique position that combines client relations, employee support, recruiting, and administrative responsibilities. You'll spend part of your time working alongside our team in the office and part of your time onsite at one of our client locations, serving as a key point of contact between our company, our client, and our employees.WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as the primary onsite point of contact at an assigned client location Build positive working relationships with client supervisors, employees, and our internal team Assist employees with questions, communication, attendance matters, and general workforce needs Help coordinate recruiting, onboarding, orientations, and employee paperwork Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate staffing needs and updates between the client and our recruiting team Perform general administrative duties in our office Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations as neededWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The right person for this position is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people but is also organized enough to keep track of the details. You should be: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable Professional and comfortable interacting with employees and client management Highly organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and general office technology Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or administrative experience is a plus, but we're also interested in the right person with strong people skills and the ability to learn. This is an important role on our team. We're looking for someone who can become a trusted resource for our client, our employees, and our office while helping us provide the high level of service our customers expect.
