About the role
The Salesforce Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Analyst is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's trade promotion processes and technology solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is a contract to hire that is hybrid 3 days onsite in the Western part of New Haven near Shelton
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce TPM solutions. Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Customer Teams to ensure trade promotions are accurately configured and executed. Gather and document business requirements for TPM enhancements and system changes. Configure and maintain Salesforce TPM functionality, workflows, validations, reporting, dashboards, and security settings.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.2-3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms, TPM applications, or trade promotion business processes. Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Retail organizations a plus Strong understanding of trade promotion management, trade spend, deductions, accruals, and promotional planning processes.
