Job Description: Job Description Program Directors help coordinate and oversee all aspects of programming for individuals with physical & intellectual disabilities in line with Unique Hab Solutions' vision, mission, and core values, ensuring quality service delivery and supervising assigned staff. They also help implement procedures to regulate Supported Living sites and services overall. Program Directors oversee the daily operations of a specific caseload of individuals receiving services through the Unique Hab Solutions Family Supports Program and implement all aspects of service delivery. Consistency and dependability are general qualifications for this job. Ensure individuals' homes and programs are in compliance with all rules and regulations as indicated in 460 IAC 6, DDRS, FSSA, BDS, the individual's PCISP, and all Unique Hab Solutions policies and procedures.
