About the role

Shaping the long-term AI and digital transformation strategy, the full-time Director of AI Strategy will drive enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies, champion responsible AI practices, and ensure measurable value realization through process modernization and automation in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with corporate strategy Drive the adoption of applied AI and intelligent automation across core business functions, launching pilot programs to foster innovation Chair the AI Governance Council, establishing frameworks for ethical AI and leading policy development for AI usage and data sharing Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or enterprise technology strategy Proven ability to scale AI initiatives across a matrixed organization Deep familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data science workflows, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS Experience leading governance programs for AI, data privacy, or emerging technologies Strong knowledge of banking and financial services technology, including core banking systems and digital banking platforms
