At our practice, you will have a clear path to ownership and will be able to focus on doing what you love most while our support team takes care of all the non-clinical administrative tasks. We have established our reputation on: Exceptional patient experience Personalized service Improving the dental hygiene and health of our patients, and giving each patient a beautiful smile Upholding standards where people, quality, and value mean everything Our Formal Offer: Partial paid, individual health insurance, after three-month probation Scrubs (after three months) 401k (with three-percent employer contribution) For the first three months, starting with a daily minimum salary that equals to $160,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, and thereafter, exclusively 1/3 collections, with potential to make up to $300,000 in the first year, based on past associate performance. No weekends (except emergency), no evenings
