About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction. Extensive knowledge of construction, design, finance, and project management. Proven ability to apply effective and innovative management techniques to maximize project team performance. Strong understanding of industry practices, construction processes, standards, and their impact on project success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Demonstrated leadership and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to allocate resources effectively and manage multiple priorities. Results-oriented with the ability to delegate responsibilities, follow up on deliverables, and maintain accountability. Professional, dependable, and ethical, with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required. Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
