Experience Partner

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Experience Partner will develop and manage strategic customer relationships, ensuring alignment with customer objectives while driving engagement and success through Granicus' technology and services. Key responsibilities Develop and grow strategic customer relationships, serving as a trusted adviser on government CX and public engagement Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs, while managing project scope and execution Drive organic growth and protect existing program revenues by identifying upsell opportunities and fostering strong client relationships Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management, with knowledge of human-centered design best practices Experience collaborating with government clients and managing their expectations Demonstrated commercial acumen and a successful track record in customer or project management Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building at multiple organizational levels Ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities effectively
