About the role
Human Resource Support This position provides support to the Human Resource department by greeting employees and visitors, answering phones, processing paperwork, inputting purchase orders, distributing security cards and gift cards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processes. Interfaces with employees by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Responsibilities:
Greets employees and visitors to the Human Resource Department Processes completed paperwork daily or weekly as necessary Inputs Purchase Orders into JDE Manages the signature log Manages the team member review process Distribution of gift cards ensuring accuracy in the tracking process Issuing of security cards ensuring correct building access Ability to handle and answer multiple phone lines Data entry of employee information into the UltiPro payroll system, completing internal audits for data accuracy Provides paperwork to supervisors & managers when needed Keep kiosks stocked with current forms and information Answers questions for employees or directs them to the correct resource Assists in the organizing of various company activities (i.e., picnic, Christmas parties, dinners, golf tournament, Halloween activities, etc.) Distributes various forms to employees as needed Assists with special projects as needed Files paperwork as needed Ability to accomplish multiple tasks quickly and efficiently Performs other duties as assigned or needed
Qualifications:
Self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Punctual, well organized, and detail oriented Excellent computer skills in systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to handle incoming calls and troubleshoot problems Ability to acts as a resource for supervisors who have questions regarding employee paperwork Proficient and comfortable doing data entry and accessing information in the UltiPro payroll system Ability to type 60 wpm Ability to analyze problems and create solutions Ability to work independently and professionally Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
