About the role
Knight Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Fires SME to support ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The role involves doctrinal training, scenario development, and live-virtual-constructive exercise facilitation across battalion to division levels.
The candidate will coach staffs on FIRES capabilities, MDMP, and fire support coordination with AFATDS, AMDWS, and CPOF, including development of training materials and after-action reviews.
