About the role
- Gather, document, and refine business, functional, and data requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, detailed requirement documentation and test scenarios and strategy
- Partner with Patient Services business partners, Commercial BTS, analytics, operations, and technical teams to support platform enhancements
- Support data analysis related to patient engagement, enrollment, communication, and campaign performance
- Help improve workflow efficiency, and business process consistency
- Support testing, defect resolution, and validation of delivered solutions (Support testing activities including requirements traceability, QA/UAT planning, and defect triage.)Preferred Experience
- Strong Experience as a Business Analyst supporting SFMC data platform, CRM, or marketing technology solutions
- Solid Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with patient services, consumer engagement, enrollment, or campaign operations
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business processes and data needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have Capabilities for Candidates
