About the role

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Director, Facility Standards & 6S Excellence to lead PCC Fasteners Division's workplace excellence, facility standards, and 6S across sites. You will partner with GMs, Plant Managers, EHS, and Finance to ensure compliance and improved visual management. You will develop multi-year roadmaps, standardize vendors, manage budgets, and drive safety-focused design. The role reports to Division President and requires strong project leadership across multiple facilities.
