Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project on a greenfield site. As Civil Engineer you govern the civil and structural design on the owner's behalf: foundations, structures, drainage, roads and site development, including the machine foundations the turbine fleet sits on. What you get to do: Review civil and structural design deliverables and drawings. Assess geotechnical reports and foundation design assumptions. Evaluate civil and structural change requests and field queries. Partner with the site team on civil technical questions. Track design deliverable status against the schedule. Monitor preservation and storage requirements for civil and structural materials. What you bring to the role:10+ years in civil and structural engineering for power or heavy industrial plants. Hands-on experience with machine foundations and mass concrete design. Working knowledge of ACI, AISC and IBC.Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification. Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering — required for this position.
