About the role

Rapid Micro Biosystems seeks a Consumables Production Lead for the Lowell, MA site on the Fri-Sun-Mon weekend shift (6am–4:30pm). This full-time role starts January 2027 and requires overseeing up to 15 operators, maintaining GMP documentation, and coordinating with management to meet production targets. The Lead will manage shift pass-downs, drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure timely SAP processing while upholding safety standards.
