Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule/Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Time Summary:
Our client in Elgin, IL is seeking a Production Associate to join their 2nd shift team. In this role, you will assist with the coating of various types of tooling while operating equipment and ensuring quality standards are met in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Clean and inspect fixtures prior to production. Load and operate Gyson Blaster equipment. Load and operate coating machinery. Assist with tooling coating processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
