About the role
Description:
We're looking for an experienced Enablement Program Manager to support the Hotels team. This is a contract position ideal for someone who: Thrives in fast-paced environments that require scrappy solutions Loves building learning experiences that drive results Has a passion for enabling evolving technology and tools Can jump in to make an immediate impact. You'll work closely with our Senior Enablement Program Manager to develop and deliver training programs, optimize our learning tech stack, and support our go-to-market teams as they scale hotel partnerships globally.
Duties:
Tooling enablement for the full field team, managers included: Own and develop the Salesforce resource library for our field teams: process step-by-steps, quick reference guides, job aids, and short live sessions Track what's changing in our Salesforce environment and get ahead of it. When a workflow changes, find every affected resource and update it before the team notices Work with our Salesforce admins and ops counterparts so you know what's shipping before it ships Support enablement for major tooling and process launches; expect fast turnarounds and requirements that move Programs and content Build role-based resources for Market Managers, Market Associates, and Account Executives: pitch narrative, talking points, playbooks, objection handling, certifications, mock calls Support administering our new hire onboarding program: access requests, toolkit updates, scheduling, and follow-through across several teams
Requirements:
Salesforce enablement, hands on. 5+ years in enablement, L&D, or sales operations, with at least 3 spent enabling a sales team on Salesforce. You can navigate an org, understand how objects, fields, record types, and stages relate, read a report, and tell an admin what a proposed change will do to your documentation downstream. Just-in-time content, not only courses. One-pagers, quick reference guides, short videos, in-tool guidance. Send two or three samples with your application, ideally including one thing you wrote to explain a system change. Course authoring and content ops. Hands-on experience with a tool like Articulate, plus a content platform like Highspot for publishing, organizing, managing access, and tracking usage. Ownership you can point to. You are experienced running programs end to end with a weekly check-in and no one reviewing drafts in between. AI in your workflow, with your judgment on top. You use AI to move faster and have a passion for experimentation and scaling what works. Comfortable in a typical tech stack: Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, Looker. A solutions-oriented mindset. When you spot a problem, you come with ideas to fix it
