Senior Production Supervisor, Fabrication and Assembly
Location: Albuquerque, NM (Metro area)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Multi-shift operation, with occasional overtime and weekend coverage
Pay:
$80,000 to $105,000 per year
Lead people and production at one of two key facilities for a major manufacturer of large, engineered products with years of demand ahead.
Must-Haves
Experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Weld/Fabrication Supervisor
Progressive manufacturing leadership with growing responsibility
Proven ability to drive results through people
Comfort leading in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
Availability for occasional overtime and weekend coverage
What You'll Do:
Oversee fabrication, assembly, welding, and industrial finishing production
Own safety, quality, schedule, and productivity performance
Lead from the floor, partnering with frontline leaders to solve problems and clear obstacles
Keep large-scale production running safely and on schedule
Coach and grow the leaders and team members around you
Nice-to-Haves
Heavy manufacturing or similarly complex operations background
Bachelor's degree (preferred, but proven leadership matters more)
