About the role

iCapital Network seeks a Senior Vice President of ERISA Compliance to lead enterprise-wide ERISA regulatory programs for the firm's registered advisers, CITs, and retirement products. You will partner with Legal, Product, Operations, Finance, and Distribution to design policies, testing, and governance frameworks ensuring fiduciary standards. The role requires 10+ years in investment/retirement compliance, deep ERISA knowledge, and experience with QPAM exemptions.
