About the role
Takeda is seeking a Head of Characterization Small Molecules in Cambridge, MA to lead extended characterization for CMC across discovery, development and manufacturing. You will apply MS, NMR and advanced microscopy to gain deep understanding of drug substances and products. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, partner with analytics, DS/DP, manufacturing and quality to embed insights into decisions, and drive external collaborations through publications and industry engagements.
