Work Setting:
This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child's home; you'll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best. What We're Looking For:
- Passion for working with children and helping others grow
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
- Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
- Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We'll support your path to certification
- Schedule & HoursPart-time and full-time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available
- Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
- Pay & PerksHourly Pay Range: $22–$26/hour (based on experience; higher pay available upon RBT certification)
