Job Description:
The Quality Control Inspector reports to the Quality Manager and evaluates machined components and electronic assemblies through incoming and final product inspections. This role uses calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to verify product quality, identify defects, and maintain accurate quality records, with opportunities to advance to Senior Inspector.
Hours:
6am to 230pmWage: $20.67 All calls regarding this position will come from a 414 area code.
Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare inspection activities for incoming materials and final products.
Perform visual inspections of machined components and electronic assemblies.
Conduct dimensional testing using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.
Identify, document, and communicate product defects and nonconformities.
Complete accurate quality documentation and inspection records.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in quality control inspection. High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Blueprint reading experience.
Experience using measurement tools.
Familiarity with quality management systems.
