MV Sales Specialist– Medium Voltage Cable & Accessories (Data Center Market)
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and technically proficient MV Specialist to lead sales efforts for medium voltage (MV) cable and accessories within the rapidly growing data center sector. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales skills to develop new business, support existing clients, and position our solutions as best-in-class for mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for MV cables and accessories in data center projects Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, consultants, and end users Provide technical guidance and product recommendations tailored to customer requirements Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and technical submittals Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet project specifications Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the data center space Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territory or accounts
Qualifications:
3–7+ years of experience in electrical sales, preferably in medium voltage products Strong understanding of MV cable systems, terminations, joints, and related accessories Experience working with data centers, utilities, or large infrastructure projects is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
Existing network within the data center, utility, or contractor ecosystem Knowledge of industry standards (IEEE, IEC, etc.)CRM experience and pipeline management skills
