Overview: Carle Health is seeking an additional Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to join our expanding Cardiovascular team at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Opportunity Details Join an established and well-respected Cardiology Practice in Central Illinois Rounding on all inpatients, pre and post-surgery Assess patients in outpatient clinic pre and post-surgery Typical schedule will be M-F / 8:00a-5:00 pm; 1 in 2 weekends; shared holidays Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Additional details by request from group
Education Requirements: Master's Degree from an accredited Physician AssistantprogramNCCPA Certification (Board Certified) required; Board Eligible candidates will be considered 2 years of experience preferred in Cardiovascular or ICU settings; candidates with a strong clinical foundation and an interest in cardiovascular care will be considered, with training provided Licensure/

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
