Role:
Equipment Manager - Cataract, responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement for Bausch + Lomb's ophthalmic surgical equipment portfolio, including advanced platforms like Stellaris Elite.
Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through strategic selling
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions
Manage the full cataract product portfolio
Identify new business opportunities
Provide technical and clinical support
Maintain accurate CRM records
Collaborate with regional teams
Manage territory expenses
Requirements Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field
2-5 years sales experience in ophthalmic, medical device, or surgical sales
Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Preferred Experience with capital equipment sales, ophthalmic surgical products, or related healthcare technologies
High-Value ophthalmic surgical equipment
