About CookieCookie Finance is a rapidly growing, VC-backed financial platform built for content creators. We started as a tech-enabled accounting service and quickly became the financial backbone for thousands of creators, influencers, and creator-led businesses. Now we’re building our next chapter: the financial operating system for the entire career of every creator. Our mission is turning financial confusion into clarity, for every creator, at every stage. We’re a small, high-ownership team that cares about getting the details right for people whose livelihoods depend on it. If you want to help build the financial infrastructure for the creator economy, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to own lead generation and lead nurturing through email marketing and our affiliate program. You’ll manage campaigns from planning through reporting, run day-to-day affiliate operations (including payouts), and use HubSpot to keep our pipeline healthy and our data clean and usable. Our growth has been largely inbound, and affiliates and creator partners are a big part of why. You’ll shape how that program scales, from onboarding and enablement to tracking and payouts, and make sure the data behind it is something the whole team can trust. This is a high-ownership role with real room to improve how things work, not just maintain them. You’ll report directly to our Director of Marketing and work closely with our CEO and founder, so your ideas will be heard and your results will be visible..
What You'll Do:
- Manage our affiliate program day to day, including recruiting, onboarding, and supporting affiliates, and track performance to identify and flag high performers
- Plan, build, and send email campaigns, including newsletters, company updates, and automated nurture sequences, and run A/B tests to keep improving results
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation, keeping contact data accurate and lists compliant
- Report regularly on key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, email performance, affiliate-sourced revenue, and cost per lead, and use the data to recommend improvements and keep the internal team informed on lead gen operations
- Work with Sales to define lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth handoffs
- Process affiliate commissions and payouts accurately and on schedule using our proprietary platform
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, with a solid understanding of email best practices including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
- Hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, email tools, lists, and reporting (HubSpot certifications a plus)
- Experience managing or working with an affiliate or partner program
- Ability to analyze campaign data and explain results clearly, with strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and CRM-to-affiliate integrations is a plus
Bonus: basic HTML/CSS for email editing

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
