Job DetailsBusiness Analyst I - HR Technology (Part-Time)Location: Remote (Adobe team based in San Jose, CA)Duration: 8/10/2026 to 5/21/2027 (Contract)Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week (4 hours/day, Monday-Friday)Job DescriptionSeeking a Business Analyst to support the HR Technology organization by driving portfolio governance, maintaining Jira data integrity, and improving operational execution across HR Technology initiatives. This individual will serve as the Jira Governance and Portfolio Hygiene lead while also supporting Adobe's Software Optimization program for the HR organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and enforce Jira governance standards across HR Technology initiatives and enhancementsEnsure accurate reporting of project status, milestones, risks, trends, and executive summariesLead regular portfolio hygiene reviews to identify stale data, overdue milestones, and incomplete recordsManage enhancement intake, including Small Enhancement Requests, while maintaining clear separation between strategic initiatives, enhancements, and operational workMaintain and improve Jira governance documentation, standards, and best practicesPrepare portfolio reporting and executive-level insights with accurate project health and risk visibilityServe as the HR category lead for Adobe's Software Optimization programGuide stakeholders through Nestware, Non-Standard Request (NSR), and Software Standards Committee (SSC) governance processesValidate software usage requests and document exclusions to reduce redundant tools and ensure compliancePartner with Portfolio Leadership, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and governance teams to improve transparency and executionQualifications2-5 years of Business Analyst experienceExperience supporting portfolio governance, delivery reporting, or operational processes within a technology or enterprise environmentHands-on experience using Jira or similar project tracking toolsStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify data quality issues, risks, and inconsistenciesExcellent written communication skillsExperience working with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceCompensationPay Rate: $52.79/hourRequisition ID: 37515441
