This role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general building maintenance while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring facilities remain safe and operational.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTrade certification, technical training, or related education in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, or maintenance preferredExperience Requirements2-5 years of commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or building trades experienceExperience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairsExperience troubleshooting and repairing building systems, including HVAC equipmentValid driver's license with a good driving record requiredAbility to use mobile devices, tablets, and Microsoft Office applicationsJob DutiesPerform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial propertiesComplete plumbing repairs including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixturesConduct minor electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and bulbsPerform painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry workComplete building, equipment, and asset inspectionsUpdate work orders, service reports, and inspection documentation using company technologyMaintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent serviceOrder and obtain needed materials and suppliesFollow all safety procedures and attend required training meetingsProvide repair and project estimates when neededTravel locally between customer locations using a company-provided vehiclePhysical CapabilitiesFrequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climbRegularly use hands and arms to handle tools and equipmentLift up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 75 pounds occasionallyWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely work around mechanical equipment and electrical systemsBenefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
