This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and accuracy, and time management skills. This position will review and process documents, perform various auditing tasks, and perform research on vehicle related violations in a high-volume processing environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesAccurately maintain functional reportingOpen, Count, Sort, Review, and Scan incoming MailAudit Source documents against established rules for quality assuranceDevelop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to processes and servicesMeet the performance goals established for the positionCollaborate with internal and external partnersExhibit effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills tailored to the audienceNotify leadership of any system issues, client concerns, process breakdowns, and other feedback to ensure quick review and resolutionAssist with special projects from leadership on an as-needed basisQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in an office environment performing administrative duties including inbound mail processing, auditing or review, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and/or related administrative dutiesStrong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and ExcelAbility to use various equipment including computers, copier, scanner and mail opening machineAbility to navigate through internet-based system screensStrong attention to detail and quality drivenThe ability to problem solve using analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting othersAble to recognize a problem and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolutionAble to lift up to 20lbsVerra Mobility ValuesAn ideal candidate for this role naturally works in alignment with the Verra Mobility Core Values:Own It.
