Admin Assistant JrProvide administrative support to departmental leadership and team members.Schedule learning events and maintain curriculum and learning path information.Generate reports from multiple systems and create presentations for leadership.Utilize Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced reporting functions.Develop PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials.Review and manage staff PTO requests and facilitator scheduling gaps.Coordinate meetings, communications, and operational activities with business partners and customers.Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.2+ years of administrative, analysis, and/or resourcing experience.Strong experience building reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to manage shifting priorities with minimal notice.Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience supporting training, learning, scheduling, or operations teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data to leadership.Experience coordinating schedules, staffing coverage, and operational reporting.
