Location: Concord, NH
Compensation: $135,000 – $175,000 base (larger portable book may support increased compensation)
Level: Lateral Partner | Minimum Portable Book: $300,000+About the Opportunity: Seeking an accomplished Real Estate – Commercial Litigator to join as a lateral partner (anticipated Non-Equity Partner structure). Must bring an established real estate-focused commercial litigation practice. The firm can provide approximately 300-500 hours of firm-generated work to complement the partner’s portable client base.
Qualifications:
  • Established real estate-based commercial litigation practice
  • Minimum $300,000+ portable book of business (larger book strongly preferred)
  • Strong client relationship and business-development capabilities
  • Ability to manage sophisticated commercial disputes independently
  • Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire
