About the role
Dynamic EcoHome is seeking a Field Operations Leader to build and run a high-performing field organization delivering safe, consistent residential battery storage installations. You will coach field employees, set standards, and drive workforce development across markets while partnering with senior leadership.
Expect to lead field operations across multiple markets, coach managers and crew leaders, and develop training paths tied to on-site performance.
