Regional Sales Manager – Plains & South Territory (AR, CO, KS, LA, MO, NE, NM, OK, TX)Flexible Packaging Machinery | $120K–$150K Base + Uncapped Commission + Auto Allowance Our client is a global leader in flexible packaging machinery, supplying horizontal and vertical form-fill-seal systems and end-of-line automation to food, beverage, and CPG manufacturers worldwide. As part of a growing North American footprint, they're now hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow the Plains & South territory. This isn't a typical account-management seat. You'll be driving new business across a nine-state territory, building relationships from the ground up with plant-level decision makers and OEM partners, and closing capital equipment deals that regularly exceed $500K.What the role involves: Owning the full sales cycle for capital equipment across Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas Identifying and developing new accounts as much as growing existing ones – this is a hunter's territory Negotiating and closing contracts on complex, technical capital equipment Building a network with OEM and integration partners to become a recognized name in the region Representing the business at trade shows and industry events, including some travel outside normal hours
What we're looking for: 5+ years of progressive packaging equipment sales experience, ideally with deal sizes exceeding $500KComfortable discussing technical equipment and systems credibly, without needing to be an engineerA proven track record of forecasting, pipeline discipline, and closing long sales cycles Based in or willing to be based within the territory What's on offer: Base salary of $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission structure – the more you sell, the higher your rate climbs Auto allowance plus reasonable maintenance and repair reimbursement Full US benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, STD/LTD)The backing of a genuinely global manufacturer with a growing North American presence
