About the role

A high-quality private equity firm is seeking an Office Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced firm and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for office operations and building-related needs while working closely with teams across the firm. The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative team player with a “no task is too small” mentality and a strong willingness to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed. This role will also incorporate some bookkeeping responsibilities such as check deposits, cash management, monthly reconciliation, and corresponding directly with banks.
Key Responsibilities: Office & Facilities Management: Oversee daily office operations, building services, supplies, kitchen, mail, and vendor coordination. Technology & Security: Manage office technology, AV systems, access controls, equipment, and coordination with third-party IT providers. Executive & Team Support: Provide administrative support to the C-suite including scheduling, expenses, research, and special projects. Bookkeeping: Handle check deposits, cash management, monthly reconciliation, and corresponding directly with banks
