About the role

AMOT Controls Corp. in Houston is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Process Engineer to lead NPI and process improvements for actuator products. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive yield, cost targets, and on-time ramp, while developing test methods and fixtures for new and existing products. The role requires 7–10 years in manufacturing engineering, a Bachelor's in engineering, and strong Lean/CPK capabilities to optimize processes.
