The role involves handling all phases of complex litigation, encompassing preparation of pleadings, written discovery and document productions, taking and defending depositions, communication with other counsel and the court, drafting and arguing discovery and dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
Candidates should have a background and demonstrated interest in product liability and/or toxic torts, with expertise in consumer-facing products, consumer health, pharmaceutical products, and/or medical devices.
