About the role

Information Technology is core to this firms active, multi-manager business model. The team develops and supports flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems, including next-generation analytical and trading capabilities, to enable the firm’s global business.
What You'll Do: Serve as the primary technology support interface for trading business units, ensuring timely, high-quality resolution of end-user needs. Deliver hands-on support for Windows desktops, Microsoft Office 365, mobile devices, remote-access tools, VDI, and Citrix environments. Diagnose and resolve desktop, application, connectivity, and basic network and telecommunications issues in a fast-paced trading environment. Manage incident, problem, and change workflows through ServiceNow, maintaining clear stakeholder communication through resolution. Support trading floor operations, including adds, moves, changes, and end-user access requirements. Provide support for market data platforms, including Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, and ICE, as well as related API integrations and Excel plug-ins. Apply ITIL best practices across CMDB, incident management, change management, and quality metrics. What You Bring 5+ years of progressive technical support experience in an enterprise environment, preferably within financial services, a trading firm, hedge fund, or financial technology organization. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows desktop support. Experience supporting VDI and Citrix environments, mobile technology, and remote-access solutions. Familiarity with ITIL practices and ServiceNow, including incident, problem, and change management workflows. Experience supporting market data platforms and vendor integrations. Strong customer-service skills, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure. Ability to work night and weekend shifts and travel occasionally to branch offices; server and data center support experience is a plus.
