About the role

Job Description: QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS \n 8+ years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS platforms, CAM tools, or enterprise applications.\n 3–5+ years of people leadership or team oversight\n 3-5+ years of hands-on configuration and administration experience of SAP SuccessFactors or Custom Applications.\n Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions\n Experience configuring and supporting one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession, etc.) and/or Crew Movement tools.\n Experience supporting integrated ecosystems involving SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or related enterprise applications.\n Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology solutions.\n Experience supporting system enhancements, releases, testing, and defect resolution.\n Familiarity with Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies.\n Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.\n Experience developing test scripts, executing testing, and supporting production deployments.\n Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\n Knowledge of security roles, permissions, workflows, and data management concepts.\n Experience creating technical documentation, job aids, and system support materials.\n SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred.\n Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.\n Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills\n Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.\n Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n Ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams.
