🚀 We're Hiring: Customer Account Manager III | Serac Inc. (RELOCATION NEAR TWIN FALLS, ID IS A MUST)📍 Remote+ consistent commute to Twin Falls, ID | 💰 $95K to $105K |Serac Inc., a leading packaging machinery OEM (filling, capping, and cup-filling systems), is looking for a senior Customer Account Manager to own one of our most strategic accounts. This is a remote-based role with consistent, required onsite presence in Twin Falls, Idaho. In this role you will:🔹 Own and grow revenue for a high-value account anchored in Twin Falls, ID🔹 Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans🔹 Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, maintenance contracts, and parts🔹 Partner with operations, engineering, and field service🔹 Mentor junior account managers and own escalations
What we're looking for: ✅ 8 to 10 years in packaging or automation equipment, including 5+ years with filling and capping systems✅ 5+ years managing client accounts with proven revenue growth✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience✅ Strong account planning, negotiation, and communication skills📍 Location: Remote, with consistent required commute to Twin Falls, ID. Must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate or commute consistently.
