About the role
All American Roof Pros is hiring full-time Field Techs. This is a hands-on production role and the way most of our crew leaders started. You'll work mainly on gutter installs, and pitch in on roofing, siding, and repair work when a crew needs hands. No experience required - if you show up and want to learn a trade, we'll teach you one.
Why work here:
Year-round work. We don't lay off in the winter. Cleanouts, repairs, and service calls keep our crews busy through the cold months while other contractors send people home.
A real path to $24/hr. Field Tech to installer to machine operator to foreman - written down, with pay steps and dates. You'll know what the next rung pays and exactly what it takes to reach it.401(k) with 4% company match and paid time off.
We'll pay for your OSHA 10 and train you on the equipment.

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Show up on time, every day
- Experience in gutters, roofing, siding, or construction is a plus - not required
- Apply in two minutes below. No resume needed. We respond within 48 hours.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
