Join us in bringing the magic of the Festival of Trees to life! This beloved community event depends on dedicated volunteers who help create a memorable experience for thousands of guests while supporting programs and services for children and families in our community. Whether you enjoy decorating, assisting guests, working behind the scenes, or helping with event logistics, there is a role for you. Volunteer opportunities include: Event Set-Up Teams to transform the venue with holiday décor, trees, signage, lighting, and displays Guest Services Roles including greeters, ticket takers, check-out assistants, and raffle ticket sales Decorator Support Teams to welcome and assist tree and wreath designers during check-in Entertainment & Volunteer Support to assist performers, maintain hospitality areas, and provide volunteer guidance Special Event Positions for Premiere Night, Santa's Village, and the All Star Party Floater Roles for volunteers who enjoy variety and helping wherever needed Breakdown & Clean-Up Teams to help pack decorations, dismantle displays, and restore the venue after the event Most positions require a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Training and instructions will be provided, and volunteer roles range from customer service and hospitality to decorating and light physical work. Flexible shifts are available before, during, and after the event, making it easy to find a volunteer opportunity that matches your interests and availability.
