About the role
Seeking a remote, full-time Senior Team Manager, Client Delivery to manage day-to-day operations of client teams, oversee performance metrics, and ensure the successful delivery of project management services while fostering team development and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilitiesManage and supervise the operations of assigned client team members, focusing on performance metrics and accountability
Develop the Project Management team through succession planning and individual development initiatives
Coordinate study milestones and proactively communicate with clients to ensure alignment with their needs and success criteriaRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline
5 or more years of experience in a leadership role
2 or more years of experience managing leaders with direct reports
2 or more years of experience in leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
Experience managing teams of 20 or more members
